2020 is a pivotal year for banking as we have reached the tipping point in technology capability that can help make systems become self-organizing, self-optimizing and provide contextual awareness. This webinar discusses three trends in FSI-centric computing that will facilitate next-generation banking systems: 1. Organic computing for continuous contextual awareness. Organic computing is a new principle that of how systems can be more effective based on data flowing from autonomous systems that are aware of their environment, communicate freely, and organize themselves in order to perform the actions and services that seem to be required 2. Adaptive data science, the next level of AI in FSI. Traditional machine learning is designed to train on historical data and assumes that the market and customer behavior remains stable. New developments in adaptive data science, when combined with streaming data science technologies, are being used to continuously re-evaluate conditions that change in real-time and can be used to alter predictions and identify anomalies 3. Streaming Business Intelligence changes how real-time FSI systems are managed by humans. Recent innovations in streaming business intelligence have helped bridge the gap between fully automated systems and human intelligence. This technology is essential to bring a higher form of continuous awareness to help humans manage predictive algorithms, algorithmic awareness and real-time customer engagement.
