About this Event
The US Department of Defense (DoD) continued adopting new strategies that support rapid integration and new capabilities to meet the dynamic mission challenges within the constantly adaptive operating environment. These strategies include Modular Open System Approach (MOSA) when defining next-generation platform architectures. Next-generation open architecture weapons systems will need to consider lower risk development, integration, interoperability, and re-use while satisfying US DoD MOSA objectives.
Model-Based Engineering (MBE) of embedded software with automatic and qualified code generation using Ansys SCADE can significantly accelerate development.
Using SCADE with Tangram Pro to generate component software encompasses Open Standard Architecture requirements such as Open Mission Systems (OMS) and airworthiness certification objectives while reducing program development risks.
